RESERVATIONS

Cancellation of secured reservation made up to 24 hours prior to the arrival date, and cancellation of non-secured reservation made up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date will be free of charge. If a guest has not arrived at all, then, in case a room reservation is secured by credit card number or by the company’s letter of guarantee, the hotel’s management is entitled to collect a payment to the amount of 100% of the first night's room rate.
